PRE-PRODUCTION
The PPS flow chart starts with a pattern test based on tested fabric shrinkage. A size set is then done to amend pattern for a first bath test (Pre Run). The results obtained from the Pre Run is used to amend pattern for Bulk Production.

CUTTING
100% panels and small parts numbering to avoid shading.
100% cut panel verification. Defective panels are replaced with the fabric within the same roll.
